My Brother Hates November 8th

My brother Gary, absolutely hates November 8th.

November 8th 2018 was the wildfire (The Camp Fire) that I just posted about. The fire that destroyed the town of Paradise and several of it’s surrounding communities.

One year later on November 8th 2019, Gary became very ill due to an intestinal blockage. It damn near took him out. He had a very rough go, but pulled out of it. He was down for a long time.

Gary absolutely hates November 8th.

On November 9th 2020, I sent him a text…. “Are you still here?” He replied, “Yes I am. I hate November 8th”.
